  • I approached Steve from James bros constructions along with a number of other builders to initially provide quotes on some renovation work to my property in Kangaroo Point. I was immediately impressed with Steve and Mark’s methodical approach, attention to detail and completeness of the proposals and as a result engaged them to complete the work.

    Renovations on my property included a deck, opening up the rear of the house onto the deck, new kitchen, flooring and ensuite as well as redesigning the back yard to include a concreted driveway and car space are now complete and i am extremely happy with the outcome and quality or work.

    My project was completed on time and budget with some changes to scope during the period to achieve a better outcome. I remained at the property during the renovations and was impressed with the politeness and courtesy Steve, Mark, Terrance and the team afforded me.
